7.5 - 11.5 GHz, 16 Watt X Band Power Amplifier on Thermal Spreader

The TGA2517-TS is a X-band amplifier assembled to a CuMoCu carrier for improved thermal management and handling. It operates from 7.5 to 12 GHz and generates 16 watts of ouput power with 30% PAE when biased at 12 volts. Witrh 3-stages, typically small signal gain is 28 dB.
