DOCSIS 4.0 is pushing the upstream into the realm of what was considered the downstream spectrum. By providing four new splits in DOCSIS 4.0, the spectrum range can be from 5MHz all the way to 684MHz—a challenge when designing amplifiers for upstream applications. This session focuses on the upstream architecture inside amplifiers, and how Qorvo products can provide a flexible network architecture to meet multiple system operators’ (MSOs) needs for DOCSIS 4.0.
