It operates within a 2.4 V to 5.5 V input range and offers either 12 A or dual 6 A continuous current outputs. A switching frequency range of 1.5 MHz to 3.3 MHz ensures peak efficiency greater than 90%.
 
Key features include integrated output current sensing, 12-bit voltage, current, and temperature monitoring, and proprietary COT control for fast transient response. The device supports remote output voltage sensing and dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) for enhanced operational flexibility. It also features programmable GPIOs, automatic phase shedding, and low power modes for high efficiency across various load conditions.
