Qorvo's CGR0218Z is an InGaP HBT (HBT8D) push-pull amplifier in an SOIC-8 package. It is designed for ultra-linear (low multi-carrier distortion) reverse path amplification up to +50dBmV per RF output channel. This makes it ideal for use in multiple dwelling unit (MDU) amplifiers, low cost Line Extenders (LEs), cable Head End (HE) reverse/return path receivers, and distribution amplifiers. The CGR0218Z offers a wide reverse path bandwidth (5MHz to 210MHz) which allows operation in standard frequency plans (5MHz to 42MHz, 5MHz to 65MHz, 5MHz to 85MHz) and mid-split architectures. It also offers +5VDC ultra-linear reverse path operation to +50dBmV RF output per channel over a 5MHz to 210MHz bandwidth with ~ 1.1W DC power dissipation. Built with Qorvo's propietary InGaP HBT process technology known as HBT8D, the CGR0218Z means best-in-class CSO performance.
