    Qorvo's SGL0622Z is a high performance 5 MHz to 4000 MHz low power high gain and fully internally matched SiGe LNA designed for 2.7V to 3.6V operation. The application circuit is the simplest of the SGL LNA series. Only four to five external components are required to achieve 28.5dB gain and a noise figure of 1.5dB at 1.575GHz which results in a lower bill of material cost. The SGL0622Z is an ideal GPS LNA for portable applications due to its very small footprint minimal applications circuit and low operating voltage range.
