The Zephyr UWB Dev Kit for QM35825 enables to quickly discover the world of Ultra-Wideband, especially the ranging & radar capabilities. Without any prior experience, you will discover UWB, prototype & develop application through the “Getting Started Guide”.

The Qorvo Explorer App (GUI) demonstrates quickly the capabilities of the QM35825 device:

• Precise measurement of the distance between 2 UWB devices (± 5 cm accuracy)
• Direction of other UWB device (± 2° angle accuracy)
• Radar scanning of nearby environment (presence detection – are you nearby the sensor?)

The UQT python tool enables the development of your own script based on the ranging & radar API stack provided by Qorvo (Fira3.0 certified). The “Getting Start Guide” explains how UWB ranging accurately tracks the position and the movement of a UWB device.

The SDK will demonstrate how to write applications under Zephyr® based on the the Qorvo stack (Fira3.0 certified). This application written in C/C++ is executed on the nRF54840 board integrated to the kit.
